The funeral services for Mrs. Jean Stewart, 73?, of 253 Fifth St. Brandon, was held on Thursday, September 15 in Deloraine United church.

Mrs. Stewart was born at High Bluff, Man. and went to Deloraine in 1908. After teaching for several years she married George Neil Stewart in 1911. He died in 1933. Since 1943 Mrs. Stewart has resided in Brandon, and spent two summers in Crandall.

She is survived by two sons, John, of Deloraine, and Garnet, Toronto and four daughters, Mrs. C. Dickey and Mrs. H.V. Johnston, Crandall: Mrs. C.H. Monkhouse, Flin Flon, and Miss Isabel Stewart, St. Louis, Missouri. There are eight grandchildren.
