Weight - to 12 kg
Habitat - southern half of Saskatchewan
Food - small animals, frogs, shellfish, crayfish, some vegetation
Reproduction: 1 to 7, 2 months gestation
Note - very sensitive forefeet
- heavy population along the Moose Jaw River
